HOW WE WORK

MEDSCRIPT (MS) employs a highly secure Web-Based Platform that ensures data is not stored in the local hard disk.

Clients can send audio files through phone, hand-held digital recorder or via PC applications.

Our MT’s access the web platform to download files allocated to them. All completed transcripts are screened by Editors. After which, stricter quality assurance is performed by Production Managers before files are submitted to our clients.
